Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kitchenware LTD. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All products listed are subject to availability. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will show colours accurately.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable sales taxes. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
3. Orders and contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and other third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timescales are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
6. Returns and cancellation
Your rights to return, cancel and obtain a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, card details and expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
